So, Monisha and I had a playdate yesterday and had tons of fun! I asked my mm for some magazines she doesn’t need anymore! Then, we took different random and funny parts and cut them up and stuck them together. We glued them ont a peice of paper and now we have it as a mark of our friendship. It looks hilarious! I’ll try t send you guys a picture f it later on!

So, anyway, Monisha and I also started our own friendship book just for us. But don’t worry! Don’t feel left out! Anyway, there we keep projects we make together, funny things, and about our world!

Also yesterday, we went to BKNY! It was so much fun! The food was no kidding, DELICIOUS. I started off with green grilled chicken on a stick as an appetizer, Ped Se Eu as the main dish, and fried ice cream (I know, right?) for dessert!

It was realy the perfect way to end the night, and I am thanking here all the people who heped make this one of the best birthdays. I gt really cool gifts, tickets to Miley’s Concert, an iPod Touch, and love! Heehee. Anyway, I hope you guys are all enjoying your summer! Bye!

It started out with the Moma! It was so cool! The art there was beautiful. We got this little phone thingy that told you info about the art. Some peices of art had numbers next to them that you dialed on your phone and you’d listen to info about them. It was so cool!

Later on, we decided it was so hot we should go to Pinkberry. We walked 15 blocks to get there! But even though we walked through the rain without a hat, it was still worth it! I had Passionfruit yogurt ice cream and it was so good!

Later, we went to pick up Tito Edgar at his office. He is my cousin’s dad’s friend. He works in something that looks like a big mall! It was closed, of course, but he was still working in it and we got to pick him up. But they started talking and so we got an hour or 2 there to find how we can make fun out of this office.

We did.

We started exploring the designs or disney and everything. How cool! A part of the family laft for like, 5 minutes and so, who wouldn’t want to hide in this big office. I wanted to stay innocent so I didn’t hide, but when they came back, after everyone was found, a great idea came to our little (and big) minds…

We decided to play hide and go tag. At first it started only in the office, but soon it spread around the whole first floor of the mall so we were looking through stacks of purses, and through all of the stores. It was the most fun you could ever have. If you got caught, you became a zombie.

But I was the voice of hope, LOL. I just looked around and if I found someone I wouldn’t tell the tagger. Sometimes, I would just help some hide, or give a thumbs up. Haha, it was fun.

Soon it started getting late, so we decided to eat at a Korean Restaraunt. The food was good and later on we started playing telephone. It was hilarious.

I don’t think there will ever be another day as fun as that!

I woke up really early today cause my cousinz were supposed to leave but NO they had to stay longer.

Oh, well. I will probably miss one of them the most: Nicole! It’s good to be able to express my true feelings here and have control over my entire site. Bad comments will be marked as spam, so only good stuff will go into here!

So, today we finally got to go to Christ the Redeemer. It was really beautiful. Have you heard they added a red light to his heart that glows in the night? Well, we saw it in the morning so we didn’t see it light up but I am hoping to see it light up in the night sometime soon!

Guess what? Great news! Did I tell you my cousins weren’t able to come this year? Well forget that idea! They came by surprise! Isn’t that great?

Anyway,  ~I’m at my cousin’s house. Their names are: Beatriz and Thaiz! YAY! I don’t have much to say, I’m sleeping at their mansion and having a great time — now bye! TCHAU!

Im so glad Im going to have a sleepover with my other cousins at a mansion later on. Im getting used to a lot of different stuff here and having fun doing it. (P.S. Im better at portuguese than I thought!)

Sorry guys, but I won’t be able to update this website everyday anymore due to our trip to Rio. I will, however have a few minutes to check my email every week, so if you would like to get in touch with me, I’ll try to reply to as many emails as I can.

Tomorrow is our trip to Rio and it sure took a long time to get ready. Luggage are scattered all over our house. Time is finally coming that we leave. It’s all hitting me now. IT’S IN THREE DAYS! IT’S IN 2 DAYS! Finally the little voice inside of me has permission to scream: IT’S TOMORROW! And I’m still not sure it’s hit me yet. 

But it does when I finally think of stepping out of that plane and actually seeing my dad’s Native land. And to think it’s only less than 24 hours away already makes my heart beat rapidly.

The good side: I get to see my Tia Vera after all these years. She used to babysit us. I also get to have a sleepover with my cousins in a mansion, dance to Boom Boom Pow around their pool, and I also get an oceanview from our apartment.

Should you say you got an oceanview there no one cares they are used to that there!

The not so good side: I don’t see my friends, I can’t connect, call, or chat with them, I have to dance the Samba, and I don’t know portuguese very well anymore…

Uh oh… DUH DUH DUN!

Let’s just look at the bright side and I’ll ask my dad to help. He is right next to me packing now…

Um, well, I’m waiting for my bread to toast right now. I’m having Pan De Sal with relish. YUM! My sister was trying to dress up like Michael Jackson. Sge did not do the best job, ’cause she’s a girl, of course. I wouldn’t either. We called her Mcayla, since Michaella sounded weird. Now her nickname is Mcayla Jackson! LOL

If you read the posts before, you would have seen that she has like these adventures of her everyday dressing up like something, or someone else! My brother is writing in his SWN (Summer Writer’s Notebook) so that he can use the computer so I don’t want to hold him up. By the way,  we’ll be on CP I’m thinking.

Wanna see me there? Go on now! We’ll be at the soccer pitch for a while then we’ll do a mission! Bye!

Later on 22:43 – It’s almost the next day but I’m writing on this post anyway! My dad is packing our luggage and boy is it a pretty sight! It gets me excited that in only an hour (or maybe a little but more) it will only be 1 day before Brazil!

I’m so psyched about going to BRAZIL! Rio is going to be such a wonderful place! Everything I do here is going to be taken away… the internet may not work, so I’m sorry if I do not update everyday, I can’t call my friends. I have to pay if I do, and the TV is so different!

WOW. The food, the language, the sights! It’s all going to be just another world for me! I can’t wait to see how my dad lived! Except it won’t be exactly like it — he lived on a farm. WHAT FUN! No, I’m serious. I’m not being sarcastic there I really want to live on a farm!

2 days is not long to wait. Almost one. Another finger disappears from my waiting hands.

Later later 23:01 – OMG Ashley and Ryan think they look like hunters with those hideous snow winter hats. Another day of adventure… They look so cute as twins! One so big and one so tiny

My dad was just singing “I Love You” from Barney. I’m embaressed now to hear that I used to love him. Now I’m just scared of the way my dad sings it.

Weird family… But I love them. Hey, I’m like that too if you check out my videos on youtube I can’t blame them. My mom is crazy about her blog: MeetMeInRio.org.

I’m playing Flood-it! on my iPod Touch! SO ADDICTING! My best board is 18!
